Image based cell screening is a system for the measurement of phenotypic contrasts among an assortment of cell populaces. It makes ready to examining natural frameworks for an enormous scope by utilizing synthetic and hereditary irritations. The overall work process for this innovation includes picture obtaining with high-throughput microscopy frameworks and ensuing picture handling and investigation. In our laboratory, We are designing the a system that construct of automation stages and camera. The sample can be analysis with some specific condition and the photocuring is occurred at a particular single cell by irradiating with laser. To achieve the result, the position information of the target single cells is acquired by by microscopic observation and image analysis. With the help of automation stages and camera, the single cell can analyzed and curing a photocurable gel by irradiating with laser and DMD. For single cell analysis, MATLAB is used. We investigate the functionality of the device, we measure the positional accuracy of cell, the viability of cells , etc. with changing the functional parameter and to find out suitable photocuring condition
