抄録

本報告は，開学30周年を迎えた新見公立大学・短期大学の情報化の経緯についての記録である。1995年度の暫定ウェブサイト開設・本格的情報処理教室の設置と1996年度の入試システム開発から本格的な情報化がはじまった。2000年度には学内LANと専用線によるインターネット接続，2002年度から教務システムの運用開始，2004年度のイントラネット機能の充実などが順次実施されて情報システムの基盤が完成した。2006年度には第１世代の主要機器を更新，2007年度からは本学独自の電子カルテ教育システムの開発をおこなった。今後，本館等の改築も計画されていることから，次世代のネットワークへの発展についても，引き続き努力したい。This is a timeline record of a computerization and building computer network systems of Niimi College, which was established in 1980 as Niime Women's College. The major episodes described in the present report are as follows. A computer room for student-education and a college Website started in 1995. The development of a system for students' admission has begun since 1996. In 2000, we established server computers for WWW, SMTP, DNS, proxy, fire-wall and like that, a local area network system in the campus and the Internet with an optical communication. A system for student records has started to operate since 2002. In 2004, a server for intranet resources with collaborative software and a webmail server were established. We developed an online electronic medical recording system specified for nursing education media in 2007. Today, we are in the situation of moving toward the next generation computing technology and should catch up the trend.
