女子サッカーの日米比較研究 (II) - 日本女子サッカーの歴史と現状について -

欧米諸国と同様に, 今後我が国においても, 女子スポーツの発展は21世紀のスポーツ界の焦点になってくると考えられるが, 本研究は, 近年, 国際的にも注目されつつある女子サッカーに着目し, 特に実力, 人気共に世界のトップレベルにあるアメリカ女子サッカー界と日本の動向を, 歴史的視点や社会的視点からの比較によって, 今後の我が国の女子サッカー, 女子スポーツのあり方を検討しようとするものである。本研究第1報「女子サッカーの日米比較研究(I) -アメリカ女子サッカーの歴史と現状について-」(本学紀要第IV部門, 第51巻1号, 2002年)に引き続き, 特に本稿では, 女性スポーツや女子サッカー関連の著書, 研究論文, 雑誌, 新聞記事, インターネットによる文献, 資料及び日本女子代表選手のインタビューをもとに, 日本女子サッカー界の歴史と現状について, 主に(1) 日本女子サッカーの歴史, (2) 日本女子サッカーリーグ(Lリーグ), (3) 日本女子代表チームの実情の3点から検討を加えた。第1報及び本稿による女子サッカーの日米比較研究を通して, 日本女子サッカーの今後の課題として (1) 日本女子スポーツ全体の地位向上, (2) 女子サッカーの環境整備, (3) 女子サッカー選手自身の意識改革が必要であることが明らかとなった。

This is the continued study from the previous report with the same title (I). The purposs of these studies are to examine a history, the present condition, and the future of Women's Soccer between Japan and the U.S.A.. Especially, the purpose of the present study is to examine a history and the present condition of women's soccer in Japan. The finding and discussions on the following topics are presented in this paper: 1. A history of women's soccer in Japan (1) Origin of women's soccer in Japan (2) Position of women's soccer in Japan (3) A history of women's soccer in Japan (4) The present condition of the number of registered women players of Japan Football Association 2. Japan women's soccer league (L league) (1) Origin of Japan women's soccer league (2) Purposes of the L league (3) A history and the present condition of the L league 3. A history of Japan women's national soccer team (1) Specific example of camp training of Japan women's national soccer team (2) Specific examples of the treatment of women's soccer players of the national team
