[ABSTRACT] This paper reports on the vocabulary about the pastoral culture in Tsum Tibetan (Tsum dialect of Central Tibetan) spoken in the north-central Nepal, which is neighboring the southern Tibet. Lexicons about livestock names, the five primary livestock resources (milk, hair, meat, skin, and dung), horse tack, grassland, tents, lifeliberation, and physical features of livestock (coat colors, locations of the pattern, horn shapes) were collected. A more detailed survey on the colors of the livestock's coat and the locations of the pattern is an important issue for the future study.
