Responding to complex, diversified, and serious educational issues, realizing an educational curriculum to acquire the qualities and abilities required by children, and "work style reform" to secure time to face children, the key word that connects all the efforts such as promotion is the realization of "team school". In order for faculty and staff to engage in educational activities as a "team," they must work to improve the qualities and abilities of the faculty and staff group, and the enhancement of in-school training that plays a part in this is an important factor. The school is composed of faculty members of various ages and characteristics, and each faculty member has individual differences in awareness of self-development and professional development. Consider the management of in-school training that contributes to improvement.
