Abstract
<p>As for deregulation of freight vehicle parking on local road, state of freight vehicle parking were analyzed to use three database, traffic accidents with parked car, illegal parking regulation and vehicle fuel consumption. To estimate traffic accident database, traffic accidents with parked car had decreased drastically after new law for illegal parking was enacted in June, 2006. Traffic accidents with parked car on local roads in 2019 had decreased more than 80 percent compared with these accidents occurred in 2005. Traffic accidents with parked freight vehicle on local roads had occurred more on wider road or in daytime than these accident with parked car on local roads. The rate of traffic accidents with parked freight vehicle in all these accidents with all vehicle is more than the rate of freight vehicle’s illegal parking regulations and vehicle kilometer in all vehicle. Traffic safety should be concerned as for deregulation of freight vehicle parking on local road.</p>
