<p>本邦の社会的出来事に関する遠隔記憶について，健忘症患者に臨床的に使用可能な検査を作成した。20歳代～80歳代の健常被検者に有名人の顔が含まれる社会的出来事写真を見せ，有名人の名前の再生および再認，出来事に関するキーワードを求め，世代別の各得点率を調べた。健常被検者30名が検査者と対面で行う従来の方式と，169名の健常被検者がインターネットを用いて自己入力する方式とを比較した。その結果，対面方式とインターネット方式とは同等であり，インターネット方式も有用であることが示された。本研究で作成した遠隔記憶検査は，若年者から高齢者までの社会的な出来事に関する遠隔記憶の程度が概ね反映されており，対面方式による検査－再検査の再現性も確認された。さらに，健忘症例3例に実施した結果からは，それぞれの逆向性健忘の様態を把握することができ，本検査は逆向性健忘の臨床評価にも有用であることが示唆された。</p>
