Description
本稿では2021年の日本における、新型コロナウィルス感染症の事実を確認し、政府の感染症対策と経済への影響を整理する。2021年前半にはコロナ禍第３波、第４波が日本を襲い少なからぬ感染者が出て医療が逼迫した。７月には東京五輪開催に合わせたように第５波が発生し、過去最大の感染者が発生したが、ワクチン接種の進行などによって死者数は抑えられた。緊急事態宣言とともに発せられた様々な経済的支援策は、実体経済の低迷と矛盾する資産価格の上昇をもたらした。
