Abstract

<p>【目的】</p><p>鍼の刺鍼方向によって顔面部のシワに対する影響を調べることで、美容鍼灸の基礎的なアプローチ方法の開拓を行い、学校教育、鍼灸業界発展に寄与できると考え研究を行った。</p><p>【方法】</p><p>健康成人男女10名を対象とした。目尻のシワに対してレプリカ剤を用いて採取した。シワに対して平行方向で刺激を行う群と、シワに対して直角方向で刺激を行う群の２群とし鍼を行なった。統計処理はt検定分析を行い、有意判定は５％とした。</p><p>【結果】</p><p>施術前後の比較では有意差がみられたが、シワに対して平行方向で刺激を行う群と、シワに対して直角方向で刺激を行う群との比較では有意差はみられなかった。</p><p>【考察】</p><p>シワに対しての鍼刺激は、鍼の方向に関係なく減少傾向が認められた。ただし個人差も大きいため、今後さらなる研究が必要である。</p>
