Description
This study aimed to examine the effects of exercise order of combined aerobic and resistance training in the same session on body composition, physical fitness, lower limb muscle strength, and muscle mass in older men. In conclusion, no effects of the exercise order were observed in body composition, physical fitness, lower limb muscle strength, and muscle mass. We suggest that combined aerobic and resistance training increases muscle strength and muscle mass, improves physical fitness, and body composition in older men regardless of the exercise order.
