Abstract

<p>Single-cell analysis is currently of interest to researchers in a wide range of fields, such as biology and medicine, and various methods of single-cell mass spectrometry have been developed. Molecular analysis focusing on intracellular regions such as organelle is expected to elucidate cellular functions in detail. Here, we introduce some metabolomics methods for single-cell organelle using high-sensitive mass spectrometry and their applications.</p>
