- 連続投球による前腕回内屈筋群の筋疲労と肘関節内側裂隙距離との関連性 -健常野球経験者における検討-

【目的】連続投球による前腕回内屈筋群の筋疲労と肘関節内側裂隙距離(MJS)との関連を明らかにする.【方法】健常者10名に100球の連続投球させ,投球前と20球ごとに円回内筋(PT),橈側手根屈筋(FCR),尺側手根屈筋(FCU)の最大等尺性収縮時の中間周波数(MF)を求めた.MJSは超音波画像診断装置で測定した. MJS変化率(100球投球後のMJS/投球前のMJS)と各筋のMF変化率(100球投球後のMF/投球前のMF)の相関を求めた.【結果】MJSは投球前と比べ80球以降に開大した.PT,FCUのMFは100球後に減少したが,FCRでは変化しなかった. MJS変化率はPTのMF変化率と負の相関関係を認めた(r=-0.81).【考察】PTとFCUは100球の連続投球後に筋疲労を生じた.PTの筋疲労は肘関節外反不安定性の要因になっている可能性がある.
