- 液-気遷移によるバイオポリマー界面の機能性評価
Abstract
<p>This paper discusses the functional evaluation of biopolymer interfaces by manipulated liquid-gas transition. An air-jet was used as an inducer to generate liquid-gas transition and applied to the liquid covering on a phospholipid polymer coated surfaces. By switching air-jet injection, the liquid exclusion area and subsequent spontaneous liquid recovery were observed. The recovery behavior was found to vary depending on the composition of biopolymer.</p>
