近年,体操競技の宙返り技は,ひねり技術の進歩により飛躍的な発展を示した。しかし,床運動において,前方系は後方系に比べ発展性に乏しい。このことは,この技が内包している運動構造に問題がある。この論稿は前方宙返りひねりを,踏切り,空中体勢,さらに,左右軸回転とひねり伝動などの点から運動形態学的に考察を加え,技術解明に役立てようと試みた。前方宙返りに体勢課題とひねり合成時期の条件を与え,運動経過を比較した結果,1/2ひねりを合成した前方宙返りでは、宙返りの体勢課題の特徴を生かしながら,ひねりを合成することができる。1回以上のひねり合成では,体勢課題によりひねり度数に差異がみられる。すなわち,基本的には伸身宙返りで,浅い前屈をともなった前方宙返りが最も適していた。ひねりはひねり技術に重要な側湾体勢からの身体のねじれを誘発し,左右軸回転と関係した腰のまげのばしによるひねり伝動が認められた。また,踏切り局面は,そのための準備局面として、回転と高さが十分に保障された踏切り技術が要求される。

The method of turn of Salto forward with turn shows the morphological difference in the fusion stage by the number of turn or by the condition of Salto form. *It is possible to compose the 1/2 turn, making the best use of characteristics of conditions in Salto form. The highest effects of Salto forward with 1/2 turn are seen in case of exercise Ia, Ib, IIa, IIIa. *The difference of numbers of turn is found according to the saltation form, in the case of Salto forward composed of a turn, or more of that. The best run is the case IIc, which shows 1-1/2 of turn. Besides it shows a turn from the side bend form by the armrolling up which is important in turn technics and also the steadiness in the process of movement. Turn conveyance leads twist of the body from the arm to the shoulder and to the upper part of the body, and makes a balance of bend-stretch of the waist in relation with the circle around broad axis. 2. In Salto forward with turn, Salto forward stretched is fundamentally the absolute condition, and rotation and height in air is guaranteed satisfactory in a stepping point, and also the stepping technics is required with the advance movement of turn. *Salto forward bend hip (legs straight) which may require rotation easily is the type B (forward bending is small in the point of jumping). *Salto forward stretched which is difficult to require rotation is the type A (forward bending is great). *The case which composes the turn more than once is the stepping technics of the type B, and it is found that the bending forward of the upper body is biggerin this type.
