Abstract

<p>This report advises human-oriented system architecture, which is a combination of digital and human abilities. Digital capability encourages the capabilities of firms. However, the objective and scale are quite different depending on the nature of the business and the size of the firm. Most importantly the author recommends all firms work on business process management. The objective is stakeholders’ communication in their supply chain inside and outside of the firms. Nowadays DX, Digital Transformation becomes a buzzword. The author does not recommend just following the trend. Rather the evaluation of the impact of the solutions and knowing current process, AS-IS and design future image, TO-BE, in business process management.</p>
