<p>We present the case of a 77-year-old male patient with relapsing polychondritis localized to the nasal septum, who presented with a history of recurrent epistaxis and nasal pain. After definitive confirmation of the diagnosis of relapsing polychondritis by biopsy, the patient was kept under observation and the lesion healed spontaneously, without steroid administration; the patient was followed up for 5 years, with no signs of recurrence. Careful follow-up might be an option for patients with localized relapsing polychondritis without systemic symptoms.</p>
