Abstract

This paper focuses on continuing trade with and investments in China by Taiwanese companies despite the ongoing tensions. First, we review the transformations occurring from the 1980s to the present day to elucidate the problems that confront Taiwanese companies. Second, we carefully examine the effectiveness of the policies implemented by the Tsai Ing-companies, Finally, we explore how Taiwanese companies should develop their businesses and what measures the government should adopt.
