Abstract
<p>切削中のAE信号で工具の切れ刃状態を監視するには工具刃先付近で生じる欠損や損傷に起因する信号とその他の工具振動や切りくず破壊などのノイズ因子から生じる信号を弁別する必要がある.本研究では,比較的ノイズレベルの小さな低速かつ微小切込みの切削条件におけるAE信号を調査した.その結果,工具の状態変化に伴い放出されるAE信号を捉え,切れ刃の状態をモニタリングできる可能性が示唆された.</p>
