Abstract

<p>This study examines COVID-19-induced changes in citizens' intention to choose the residence place. On this basis, this study examines the relationship between the inducing zone of the Urban Facility Location Plan and changes in citizens' intention to choose the residence place. This study clarified the following. Analysis of the change in residency of residents in Toyota City due to COVID-19 showed no change before or after the COVID-19 pandemic. A survey of residents also showed no change in their choice of area in which they would like to live before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. There was also no change in the reasons for their intention to choose the residence place.</p>
