<p>This paper introduces the concept of off grid housing and builds the basic framework of off grid housing. Simulate the residential energy consumption under different residential thermal insulation performance, add several high efficiency system to calculate, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to realize off grid housing under different thermal insulation performance.</p>
