<p>I．目的</p><p>全運動軸（Kinematic Axis：KA）は，矢状面内のすべての運動に対する回転軸である．KAは歯のガイドの影響を受けず臨床的にも基準となる顆頭間軸であるが，顎機能異常者においては算出できない場合があることを第61回学術大会にて報告した1）．本研究では，顎関節円板転位の有無とKA算出の可否について検討を行ったので報告する．</p>
