- 近赤外分光法を用いたガム咀嚼課題中の脳血流計測および皮膚血流ノイズ除去手法の評価
Abstract
<p>I.目的</p><p>機能的近赤外分光法(functional near-infrared spectroscopy:fNIRS)は近赤外光が皮膚や頭蓋骨などの生体組織を透過する性質を利用して大脳皮質の血流変化(ヘモグロビン濃度変化)を評価する非侵襲的脳機能計測法である.fNIRSは計測時の姿勢や体動への制約が比較的少ないため,歯科分野においては顎口腔運動時の脳機能計測への応用が試みられてきた1).しかし,頭皮上に光プローブを設置する原理上(図1),運動に伴う皮膚血流変化によるアーチファクトの混入が結果の解釈を困難にしていた.近年ではこれらの皮膚血流ノイズを除去する先進的な信号処理手法が提案されてきている.</p><p>本研究では,皮膚血流増加が重畳しやすいガム咀嚼課題中のfNIRSデータを対象とし,全ての計測信号に共通して重畳する皮膚血流の影響を除去する空間フィルタ法2)を適用してその妥当性を検討した結果を報告する.</p>
