Abstract

<p>　Along with the development of China's pharmaceutical online sales, problems have been occurred, and in order for consumers to use pharmaceutical online sales safely and securely, there is an urgent need to rebuild the pharmaceutical online sales business system. The purpose of this study is to propose a new pharmaceutical online sales business system in China, and to clarify the awareness of problems in the pharmaceutical online business in China from the consumer's point of view. Based on the results of the survey, we designed a pharmaceutical online sales business system that meets consumer demands for consumers to use pharmaceutical online sales safely and securely.</p>
