Abstract

<p>　In recent years, the number of companies and local governments that have introduced RPA has been rapidly increasing. However, there are many opinions that the random introduction of RPA has led to higher costs, increase of overtime despite its introduction of work style reform as a trump card. Because of this, the same mistake would be repeated made when introducing an information system in the past. The changes in RPA technology are remarkable.　I order to accurately grasp the technical aspects and implementation methodologies and to definitely share the benefits of RPA introduction, the purpose of this study is to focus on RPA and to organize the knowledge as a pre-stage before formulating RPA application procedures.</p>
