Abstract

<p>　It has been several years since RPA was first introduced to companies. A few years ago, the adoption process in RPA was not yet established, but is it likely that it has gradually been shaped with accumulation of information for a few years. Already, it has cost a lot of money, but there are many companies that have failed to introduce it and are looking for the future. However, under the circumstances where RPA cannot be avoided, it is considered that how to introduce RPA without problems is very important regardless of meter they are companies or local governments. Although the change is very drastic and the RPA introduction process may change, the purpose of this study is to pick up only the core part at the moment and formulate the RPA introduction process.</p>
