Modelling the Shadowing Gain from Obstacle in Wireless Channel Emulator with Grid-based Channel Interpolation Technique

DOI

抄録

Cyber-physical wireless channel emulator is developed to emulate and evaluate the performance of site- and scenario-specific wireless channel. Grid-based channel interpolation technique was contextualized to synthesize the deterministic channel in real-time via interpolation of pre-computed path parameters at adjacent grid nodes. Since the pre-computed parameters captures a propagation in static environment, it cannot include the contribution from any objects inserted during the emulation, such as the obstruction from another devices. In this work, modelling of shadowing gain into the channel interpolation technique is considered. This extension enables the interpolated channel to emulate the shadowing contribution from the objects in the dynamic environment.
