- Single Cell Dynamics Using Optoporation in Cellular Network
抄録
<p>Gene therapy is generally performed by introducing viruses directly into the body, also called the viral vector method. However, it is difficult to guarantee its safety. In this study, we developed a method to investigate the time-series changes of cells after optoporation on a cellular network that mimics a part of tissue for the purpose of application to in vivo gene therapy. Here optoporation was used and laser light was irradiated on absorbers. The light energy was converted to perforate the cell membrane and enhance the safety of this method. Cell migration was investigated after the optoporation of a cell network that mimics a piece of tissue. Cells migrated and proliferated to compensate for the detached areas.</p>
