本研究は,議論の発話の偏りを解決するために,指示を出す時点での議論全体の発話の偏りに基づいて議論参加者に働きかけを行う手法を提案する.それぞれの議論参加者の発話割合に基づいて,偏りがみられた場合に発話を促す指示を音声で提示するシステムを開発した.評価実験は,提案システムを用いた実験議論と用いない統制議論を各1回ずつ,7グループを対象に実施した.その結果,実験議論は統制議論と比べて被験者の発話率の標準偏差が有意に小さくなり,提案システムは議論全体の発話の偏りを緩和する影響がみられた.発話の偏りを緩和する効果の大きかった群と小さかった群に分けて,議論参加者のコミュニケーションスキルを分析した.効果の大きかった群は効果の小さかった群と比べて,表現力の得点の平均が有意に高かった.コミュニケーションスキルに応じて働きかけの強度や頻度を変えることで,より良い働きかけを行うことができる可能性がある.

This study proposes a method to address participants in a discussion based on the bias of their speech at the time of addressing. In order to solve the bias of speech in the discussion, we developed a system that provides voice instructions to encourage participants to speak when a bias is observed, based on the percentage of utterances of each participant. An evaluation experiment was conducted with seven groups, one each for an experimental discussion using the proposed system and a controlled discussion without the system. The results showed that the standard deviation of the subjects' percentage of utterances was significantly smaller in the experimental discussion than in the controlled discussion. The proposed system had the effect of mitigating the speech bias of the entire discussion. The communication skills of the participants were analyzed by dividing them into two groups, one with a large effect on reducing speech bias and the other with a small effect. The group with the larger effect had a significantly higher mean score of expressiveness than the group with the smaller effect. It is considered to be effective that the intensity and frequency of the encouragement are changed according to the communication skills of the participants.
