説明
This study aimed to conduct a web-based questionnaire survey on health literacy, lifestyle, and health status among female university students after the outbreak of COVID-19 to provide basic data for health education activities at universities. The subjects were all 2,081 students enrolled at Komazawa Women’s University and Komazawa Women’s Junior College. The web survey was conducted in May 2023 using Google Forms and asked about health literacy, lifestyle, and health status. The survey collection rate was 11.7%. The analysis subjects numbered 240, with a mean age of 19.9 ± 1.4( 18–25)years. The results of the study showed that a higher percentage of female college students with high health literacy had a higher vegetable consumption, longer sleep duration, more frequent bowel movements, and less frequent dizziness/vertigo compared with those with low health literacy after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
