Abstract

This study explored the potential applications of RFID technology in educational settings and real-world scenarios. Specifically, we developed programming materials simulating a self-checkout system using RFID, created and tested a digital stamp rally system using RFID, and prototyped and tested a situation awareness system using RFID for disaster situations. The results revealed the potential of RFID to provide new solutions in various educational contexts. However, it was also confirmed that further improvements are needed in the implementation and operation of each system, incorporating feedback and opinions from users.
