<p>During the 1st wave of coronavirus of 2019 (COVID-19) infections, the number of outpatients in our department decreased by 46.9% and the number of outpatient laser treatments decreased significantly by 63.2%. The number of outpatients following the 2nd wave gradually decreased by 19.3% compared to those in the 2nd wave, by 13.7% compared to those in the 3rd wave, by 5.6% compared to those in the 4th wave, by 17% compared to those in the 5th wave, and by 9.6% compared to those in the 6th wave. These patients have not recovered. In contrast, the number of patients who received laser treatment recovered faster than the number of outpatients (16.4% in the 2nd wave, 11.5% in the 3rd wave, and 0.1% in the 4th wave).</p>
