Description

<p>  It appears that some autoimmune diseases are associated with sensorineural hearing loss. However, hearing loss associated with anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome is very rare. We encountered a man with steroid-dependent sensorineural hearing loss who tested positive for anti-phospholipid antibody. Herein, we report on his clinical course and response to treatment.</p>
