<p>As scientific research at universities becomes more sophisticated, the majority of research is conducted by teams consisting of multiple researchers. Therefore, it is important to understand and respect the individuality of each researcher and maintain a high level of team activity. For example, D. E. Stokes proposed classifying the individuality of each researcher into three categories, Bohr-, Edison-, Pasteur-type, but it is difficult to objectively evaluate individuality, and therefore it cannot be said that the individuality of researchers is fully understood and respected.</p><p>The purpose of this study including this presentation is to establish an objective classification method for researchers' individuality, and to support innovative IP creation through team building, </p>
