Abstract
In order to realize a unified damage assessment that are not affected the deterioration type of decks, this study was carried out focusing on the change of the deck curvature. The change of curvature in the wheel load running test was evaluated by the calculation of curvature due to bending deformation. As the results, a suitable range for calculating the curvature, the variability of value by calculation methods and the appropriate calculation method interpolating deflection became clear. The applicability of the change in curvature in the past results of the wheel load running test by using the method shown in the present study was investigated. Finally, the enough possibility of setting a threshold in damage evaluation that focuses on curvature was shown.
