Abstract
This research aims at proposing a novel design process for co-creative service design. The proposed process is called “Butterflies & Big Fish (BB)” process. The BB process realizes communicative and mutual interaction between users and designers in service design. In this research, we applied the BB process to a service design project at a recovery housing, which was built for people whose houses were damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake. Through the application we could find usefulness of the BB process.
