抄録

<p>Experimental study has been conducted to clarify phase separation and bubble nucleation processes of emulsified fuel with alcohol additives. Test emulsions consisted of n-hexadecane and methyl oleate as base fuel, water and small amount of surfactant with ethanol additives. Content of base fuel and surfactant was kept 0.7 and 0.03 respectively. Ethanol content has been changed from 0.0 to 0.10. Test emulsion contained in glass capillaries after degasification were immersed in oil bath kept at 443.15K. The results showed that the phase separation temperature was almost constant. On the otherhand the start temperature of phase separation have changed with methyl oleate contents.</p>
