<p>The aim of this review is to explore the relationship between nurse managers’ leadership and staff nurses’ empowerment. Only quantitative researches were retrieved from previous studies on the relationship between these two. As a result, 18 studies conducted in English were included in the final analysis. The nurse managers’ leadership empowered staff nurses, although the focus points of leadership and empowerment were different according to previous studies. The findings of this review support a positive relationship between nurse managers’ leadership and the staff nurses’ empowerment.</p>
