Abstract

<p>The demand for institutions for welfare of aged people increases more and more as aging society progresses,but the weakness in such institutions are pointed out on an urban earthquake disaster. Moreover,it is clear that the aged people in the region suffers the damage which interferes to the life afterwards even if immediate damage such as an earthquake ground motion is escaped,and relates to the earthquake. Then,what expectation was done mutually, and what kind of support you expected was clarified in this study because it was thought that there was a necessity of the cooperation between institutions for welfare of aged people and regional town councils to makeup for mutual advantages and faults.</p>
