Abstract

<p>新築集合住宅生活パターンの特徴を検討した結果を報告する。この新築集合住宅は全戸に世界で初めてマンション向け家庭用燃料電池を採用している。電力使用量の変動（ピーク値）から生活パターンを分類する手法を試みた結果、8つに分類でき、それぞれの特徴を捉えることが出来た。パターン別に電力使用に絞り、削減可能性を検討し、電力削減目標算定を試みた。研究結果は、省エネルギー行動を促す様々な場面で、活用可能であることを提案したい。</p>
