Abstract

In this research, as a creation of evacuation simulation corresponding to nuclear disaster based on normative evacuation behaviors, “Model of search the route less exposed to radiation” which minimizes radiation exposed of evacuees. Optimal control of evacuation start time of evacuees, we created an evacuation simulation model centered on the formulation of “Model of distribution for minimum radiation exposure” that minimizes total exposure radiation. In addition, using the evacuation simulation we created a simulation was carried out with the area within a radius of 30 km from the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station as evacuation targets. From this result it is confirmed that in the case of nuclear disaster, it is possible to confirm the effectiveness of evacuation by using the minimum radiation exposure route rather than the shortest route, and by simulating many conditions, it is safe without changing the evacuation direction It was found that it is possible to indicate the conditions under which evacuation is possible. Therefore, it was possible to suggest the points to consider in verifying the usefulness of the constructed evacuation simulation model and planning the evacuation plan.
