Abstract
Bus often has been hard to use for beginners. This is partly because the utilization method for bus is usually not well informed for the users even though the bus system is different from area to area. There is need to provide information guidance for allowing anybody to easily use.<br>Therefore the purpose of this paper is to clarify the bus users' consciousness on unfamiliar land. In this paper, characteristics of information gathering behavior when bus users visit unknown area, relationships between necessary information and a feeling of hesitation for using the bus, and consciousness on how to get on the bus Consciousness on how to get on the bus were examined.
