<p>Firstly, this report explains the background of social demands on evacuation support for vulnerable people to disasters. And the legal bases are explained about the demands on evacuation support for vulnerable people to disasters. It is mentioned about the collecting and sharing process of personal information and the supporters for vulnerable people to disasters. The legal acts on protection for personal information are analyzed for vulnerable people to disasters<tt>．</tt>Finally, the legal effectiveness is discussed for the protection of personal information. And the possibility for application of existent social welfare system is considered.<tt> </tt></p>
