<p>The purpose of this study is to find the anti-stress factors by investigating burnout among principals,assistant principals and teachers in primary schools and its relation to personalities based on ego state. In the Ego-gram study, the average of FC value of the principals was lower than that of teachers, and the average of AC value of assistant principals was higher than that of teachers. It was also found that the burnout factors emotional exhaustion and setbacks in accomplishment of principals and assistant principals were higher than that of teachers. Additionally, the average values of CP and NP had negative correlation with the average values of burnout factors among principals, while the average of AC value had positive correlation with the average of burnout factors values among principals and assistant principals. For personality-based burnout management, it is necessary to take job positions into consideration.</p>
