Abstract
The lower ionosphere play a great role for wave propagations from VLF to HF range, and exist on altitude region between 60 km and 200 km. This region is mainly observed by the remote sensing technique using electromagnetic waves as cannot be observed by satellites because of low altitude. In order to investigate this region, we redesign the observation system of the MF broadcasting wave. In this paper, the field intensities on the MF broadcasting band at the National Institute of Technology is described for a preliminary measurement of the system.
