Abstract

<p>High-energy ion beams from MEXP (Medium-Energy Experiment Course) port in HIMAC were applied for the irradiation to fluorinated polymers at room temperature. Through the experiments, we have demonstrated the functional materials applicable for PEFC (Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cell) by using localized energy deposition of the ion beams.</p>
