- 機械刺激で反応誘起できるTi/Si多層膜
Abstract
<p>Ti/Si multilayer film is one of the attractive functional materials, which can show self-propagating exothermic reaction as with Al/Ni multilayer film. The exothermic reaction of Ti/Si film can be produced by mechanical shock as well as electrical spark, which enables us to apply the film to various attractive applications. In this work, the threshold energy for ignition by mechanical shock is estimated by mechanical impact testing, and the crystal structure change during the reaction is analyzed by time-resolved X-ray diffraction using the BL46 in the SPring-8.</p>
