Abstract

<p>Since 2009, in the school of pharmaceutical sciences of Nagasaki University, we have cooperated with other university educators and stakeholders in Nagasaki prefecture, and organized consortium to develop an interprofessional education (IPE) systems by collaboration between the universities for home visit care. This project could be supported from the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) from 2009 to 2017. In 2012, our project is developed increasingly into IPE to achieve home cancer treatment and palliative care. There projects received very high evaluation from MEXT. Since April 2017, our IPE continues by funds from Nagasaki University. In this paper, we will introduce the results of the IPE by collaboration between the universities for home visit care.</p>
