Abstract
<p>心臓サルコイドーシスでは，副腎皮質ステロイドなどの免疫抑制薬を終生内服することが必要とされている．しかし長期のステロイド内服による副作用の懸念，経過中にステロイド増量が必要であった例が約2割に上ることも報告され，根本的な治療が望まれている．サルコイドーシスの原因としてアクネ菌の関与が報告されており，抗菌薬（クラリスロマイシンとドキシサイクリン併用）を用いた前向き探索研究（J-ACNES研究）を開始した．</p>
