抄録

Regarding independent safety assessments (ISA) in designing stage for railway signalling systems that are hi-technology and complicated such as CBTC, NTSEL proposed a standard structure of ISA report including viewpoint of reliability and others. Further, NTSEL is considering about relationship between ISA and international standards or standard conformity assessments. On the other hand, NTSEL has started to try STAMP that was proposed as a new safety assessment method focussing on interactions among components of the system and to review assessments for security of safety related communications. This paper reports these efforts above.
