- FMEA結果を用いたシステム品質への影響に関する一考察
Abstract
In this research, using the analysis result of FMEA which is a conventional safety analysis method and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) which is a hierarchical analysis method, four items indicated by the RAMS standard, "reliability (R)" " We propose a method to evaluate a total of 5 items including "availability (A)", "security (S)" and "security" from a comprehensive viewpoint In this paper, Consider the analysis method that also suggests the result.
